Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
SynOct products are professional infrastructure. This policy defines what is and is not acceptable use of the Platform, including agents, routing services, cloud fallback, hosted communities and hosting.
2. Permitted use
- Running AI agents on your own hardware for professional or personal projects.
- Software development, analysis, research and automation.
- Building products and services that integrate SynOct infrastructure.
- Running a community, a site or a service on our hosting.
- Educational and experimental use.
3. Prohibited use
- Illegal content — including child sexual abuse material, weapons instructions, or content that violates applicable law.
- Harassment — using agents or hosted services to target, intimidate, threaten, stalk or surveil individuals.
- Malware — creating, deploying or distributing malicious software.
- Spam and abuse — automated mass messaging, scraping in violation of terms, or denial-of-service attacks.
- Impersonation — misrepresenting agent output as human-authored where disclosure is required.
- Circumventing telemetry — disabling, spoofing or tampering with required TitanOcta telemetry.
- Reselling access — sublicensing, reselling or sharing paid-tier access without authorisation.
- Reverse engineering cloud services — attempting to extract proprietary routing logic from cloud fallback infrastructure.
4. Responsibility for output
You are responsible for the output of agents running on your infrastructure and for content published on services we host for you. Review agent outputs before deploying them in production or public-facing contexts.
5. Telemetry compliance
Telemetry submission is a condition of TitanOcta use across all tiers. See the Telemetry Disclosure.
6. Enforcement
- Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
- Serious violations (illegal content, malware distribution) may be reported to law enforcement.
- We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary.
