Privacy Policy
1. The short version
SynOct products are local-first. Your prompts, session content, agent memory and API keys never leave your machine. The only data we collect from TitanOcta is hardware and performance telemetry — and we tell you exactly what that includes. Hosted services (forums, hosting, operations) hold only the data you put there to run them.
2. Who we are
SynOct products are operated by SynOct LLC, a Maryland limited liability company in Cumberland, Maryland, USA.

4. How we use telemetry
- Community benchmarks: aggregated, anonymised hardware and performance data on public dashboards.
- Routing optimisation: model and hardware data helps Flow make better routing decisions.
- Stability: crash reports and deployment stats help us find and fix bugs.
We do not sell telemetry. We do not use it for advertising. We do not train models on your sessions.
5. What stays local
- Every prompt you send to any agent, and every response.
- Agent memory, context windows and session state.
- Your API keys and credentials.
- Any files, documents or media you process through agents.
When you use cloud fallback routing, your prompts go directly from your machine to the model provider you selected. We do not proxy, log or inspect that traffic.
6. Storage and security
- Telemetry and hosted-service data are stored on infrastructure we control.
- Account data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
- Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe.
- We retain telemetry for as long as it is useful for benchmarking; hosted-service data for as long as your service runs, plus a backup window.
7. Third parties
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Model providers: if you use cloud fallback, your prompts go directly to the provider you chose. Review their privacy policies.
- Domain registrars and mail providers: where a hosted service includes a domain or mailbox, the minimum registration data required.
We do not share telemetry with third parties except in aggregate, anonymised form.
8. Your rights
- You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
- You can export your telemetry submissions and your hosted-service data on request.
- Local data is yours — we do not have access to it and cannot delete it for you.
9. Children
SynOct products are not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
